The number of korean martial arts affiliated has increased over the years and in February 2020 the total had grown to 63. The KMAF was accepted as a member of the World Martial Arts Union(WoMAU) in April 2005 and was accepted as a member of the World Martial Arts Mastershops Committee(WMC) in 2016. The KMAF is the National Martial Arts Masterships Committee of Republic of Korea for the World Martial Arts Masterships movement and inbound Martial Arts issue.
The KMAF been included in martial arts programs such as the World Martial Arts Masterships, World Youth Martial Arts Masterships, and World Kids Martial Arts Masterships. and the KAMA organizes the Korea Martial Arts Masterships(全國武典) since 1999, annually. The head office of KMAF is located in the World Martial Arts Museum in Chungju City, Chungcheongbuk-Do.
